Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and customer requests accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on open issues and provide timely updates to customers.
- Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
