Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Process orders, quotes, returns, and customer requests accurately.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on open issues and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
