Warranty: We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use of products. The only warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturers. We, as sellers, make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, or suitability.

Machinery, Electronic Components, Gate Operators: Warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer of the product.

Payment Terms: D.J.A. offers an in-house NET-30 credit based upon approval of a submitted and signed credit application. Please supply applicable resale, tax-exempt certificates annually or as needed for your specific project.

We accept all major credit cards. Company checks are accepted only after approval of your credit application. Return check fee will apply for each occurrence.
Please provide us with updated shipping, billing, and any other pertinent information so that your order can be filled and arrive to you without delay.

Shipping: Utilizing our vast network of shipping carriers and options, we ship nationwide and internationally. All orders are FOB Bronx, NY.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If package has visible damage, please have carrier note info on bill of lading. Any claim for loss or damage must be filed by you against the carrier. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for your trucker to inspect.

For overages, shortages, or wrong items, please contact our office upon receipt of your order.
Back Orders: We will automatically ship products when they be­come available.

Product Specifications: Due to manufacturer changes or product process (e.g., hand-forged), product specifications, dimensions, weight capacities are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to confirm information at the time order is placed. All drawings and dimensions shown in our marketing materials for reference only.

Returns: No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Returns must be authorized by D.J.A. and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in resale condition. Freight must be paid by the client. Any products altered in any way are not returnable. Merchandise credit will be issued when returned material has been found not to have been altered or damaged.

Absolutely no returns on paint, stainless steel, brass, machinery, electronics, locks, cut material, specialized material such as bi-fold, telescopic and cantilever hardware.

Customized or Special Orders: Items must be pre-paid. Customized or Special Order items are not returnable nor refundable. Sales are final.

Belly bars must be trimmed to size by the fabricator. Due to the nature of some material, some sizing variations might exist.

Cantilever gate must be built to industry and locality standards. It must be self-supporting and structurally sound. Please calculate the weight of the track(s) in calculations. Foundation must be calculated by a certified professional.
