COVID-19 Update for our valued clients

To ensure the continued health and safety of our staff, clients & industry partners, we will continue to practice social distancing. According to the guidelines, D.J.A. is deemed as an essential service industry.

Effective Monday, March 30, 2020:

Shipped orders will continue and no changes have been made.

NEW Pick-up procedures will be implemented:

  • We are restricting access to our office areas; requesting that all clients picking up material , call ahead 718-324-6871, 718-324-0713 or email us at customerservice@djaimports.com to place your order.
  • Please remain in your vehicle and call our staff when you arrive.
  • Material will be placed curbside or loaded by forklift when applicable.
  • Please refrain from gathering in groups.

These continue to be challenging times. While accommodations and modifications are to be expected, D.J.A. has been partnering with you for over 20 years and together we will persevere.

By following all local, state, and federal guidelines , we can all do our part to help prevent the spread.

[20 MAR] COVID-19 response

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Friday March 20 that he will sign an executive order mandating 100% of New York’s workforce must stay home, excluding essential services.

Beginning March 23, 2020, to ensure the health and safety of our staff, clients, and industry partners, we will practice social distancing by closing our offices.

We’re taking the following precautions to ensure the health & safety of our staff, clients, and industry partners:

  • Most staff members will be working remotely.

  • For shipped orders, please allow additional time as we rely on our shipping industry partners.
  • Our website is open 24 hrs a day for your convenience.

Join us in Florida for two exclusive hardware events!

We’re excited to visit two Controlled Products Systems Group locations on July 23 and 25, and we welcome anyone looking to learn more about the latest gate hardware products we have to offer, including telescopic and BiFold gates.
