D.J.A. President Gina Pietrocola has been elected to serve as Vice President and Treasurer of NOMMA, the National Ornamental and Miscellaneous Metals Association. A NOMMA member for over 20 years, Gina’s new role builds off her past volunteer and committee activities at the 500+ member organization.
“I’m thrilled to be joining NOMMA’s leadership at such an important time for the organization,” Gina said. “I’m humbled by the support and look forward to helping grow the membership and ornamental metals industry.”
Founded in 1958, NOMMA’s goal has been to deliver outstanding programs and services to its membership, “resulting in competitive advantages and industry excellence within the ornamental, architectural, and miscellaneous metalworking community.” It organizes and hosts the annual METALfab convention, publishes the monthly Fabricator magazine, along with supporting members and regional chapters throughout the United States and Canada with engaging educational resources services.
Gina added, “If you are not a current NOMMA member, joining a trade or professional association provides many benefits: advocacy, networking, resources, education, training and more. Your participation should be more than paying your membership dues. Get involved, stay involved.”
