C92-XL features a new and improved structure with: deeper grooves, a double bearing, and a weight capacity of 1000 LBS/pair.

The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in resale condition. Return shipping must be pre-paid by the client. Any products altered in any way are not returnable. Merchandise credit (minus restocking fee) will be issued when returned material has been received and examined by our warehouse staff, and found not to have been altered or damaged.

The C92X is a weldable adjustable hinge featuring a patented groove-locking design that securely holds gate adjustments in place. The improved groove structure, protected under a U.S. patent, provides reliable locking strength and consistent performance. Designed for smooth operation and precise alignment, this hinge is well suited for residential and light commercial gate applications.

The C92-XL is a weldable adjustable hinge built for heavier gate applications. It incorporates the same patented groove-locking design, enhanced with deeper grooves for a more secure lock and easier alignment.
