Polished Brass side-mount bracket for attaching pickets and spindles to the side of a staircase. Bracket includes a round flange with 3/8″ threaded hole for mounting hardware (not included). Available in two sizes: small (for 1/2″ round) and large (5/8″ round). P1647 is also available in malleable iron and stainless steel.

Installation Information: 

The back of the flange has a 3/8″ threaded hole, with a depth of 1-1/2″. Due to the variety of staircase configurations and field conditions, we are unable to provide mounting hardware. If there is access to the stair tread, you can use a regular bolt, with length depending on size of the stair tread. If there is no access, you can use a 3/8″ hanger bolt.
