No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Returns must be authorized by D.J.A. and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in resale condition. Return shipping must be pre-paid by the client. Any products altered in any way are not returnable. Merchandise credit (minus restocking fee) will be issued when returned material has been received and examined by our warehouse staff, and found not to have been altered or damaged.
